Trunk-or-Treat Volunteer Signup

Providing a vehicle trunk and decorating it with the theme of your choice. Guests will stay take away candy from the trunk as well as engage in a game. We encourage you to sign up as a group.

Assisting our facilities team in getting the parking lot prepared for guests. This will include setting up tables, chairs and tents for different serving areas as well as setting up signage and barricades throughout the parking lot.

Greeting guests upon arrival and exit as well as assisting them with finding a parking spot in a safe and organized fashion.

Providing attendees a bag including an invitation to services and information about ministries at Waypoint and answering questions throughout the event.

Providing guests with beverages as well as ensuring volunteers are supplied with water throughout the event.

Assisting with the grilling and wrapping of hot dogs as well as maintaining the condiments at the station.

Helping with popping, bagging, and sealing bags of popcorn to hand out to guests.

After the event, assisting our facilities team in getting the parking lot cleaned up. This will include breaking down tables and tents for various serving areas as well as removing signage and barricades throughout the parking lot.

Throughout the event, assisting our facilities team with any needs that may arise during the event. This may be cleaning up, emptying trash cans and being available to assist as requested.
