Our goal in Waypoint Students is to make disciples of Jesus Christ. We do this by making a way for students and families to BELONG to a community of faith that will help them BELIEVE in Jesus Christ as their Savior and go BEYOND themselves to live life with purpose through the Gospel. Serving within our Connections team means being on the front lines as the first faces of Waypoint Church. Our Connections team needs Worship Center Hosts, Parking Team members, Hospitality Team members, and Greeters. Help us welcome our guests with warmth and kindness in our Connections ministry!

Our Care Ministry provides a network of ministries and classes to find gospel-centered help, hope, and victory. We have a few one-on-one opportunities as Care Mentors, as well as opening for Care Class Facilitators for marriage, parenting, and finance classes. We’d love to help activate your giftings in the lives of people in need of gospel-centered care.

Our Life Groups meet in homes throughout the week and are aimed at helping followers of Jesus grow in their knowledge of Christ, providing Biblical care for one another, and living life together on mission. As our church grows, our Life Groups continuously need new Life Group Leaders. Help us build authentic, gospel-centered communities through Life Groups.

At Waypoint we are committed to sharing Christ across streets, states, and seas—from our neighborhoods to the ends of the earth. We invite you to join us by supporting local teachers throughout the school year, serving alongside our local mission partners, or participating in international trips. Whether you serve locally or globally, we’d love for you to be part of advancing the gospel!

Our Worship Team is always looking for talented and passionate musicians to help lead our church in worship every week. We also have numerous opportunities to serve in behind-the-scenes roles in lighting, sound, CG, camera work, and other audiovisual areas that are critical to our Sunday services every week. Leverage your musical or technical skills at our campuses with our Worship & AV team!

1. Assistance with large ministry events (Women's Conference, Trunk or Treat, WKND, Men's Conference) that would encompass set up, tear down, cleaning, etc. 

2. Help with ongoing facility needs (landscaping, maintenance, cleaning) as one's schedule allows.

Young Adult Collective is a ministry for young adults, young professionals, and anyone who's 18-35. We gather on the third Tuesday of every month for worship and intentional time to connect with one another.

Waypoint Church is a community of Jesus-followers centralized in Wentzville, MO, and gathered in communities all around Missouri and Kansas. We value the truth of Scripture, the teachings of Jesus, the way of life He has called us to live, and the mission to love and serve our neighbors for the sake of the gospel.
