Impact Volunteer Signup

WayKids is excited to host Impact, a family discipleship event, and we would love your help! We have opportunities to serve before, during, and after the event. Thank you for being part of this special day as we encourage families and point them to gospel truths. This year's theme is Trust God First, letting go of our worries and trusting them to God.

Impact Event Details

• Saturday, June 8, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Ice cream After Party in the parking lot, 12:00 - 1:00 PM

• St Charles Campus

A volunteer training will be held on Sunday, June 2, from 12:15 PM – 1:00 PM in G-102. Please plan to attend!

Impact Teams

Décor and Supply Team / Week Prior to Event

Help assemble supplies and set up décor the week before and day of the event.

Kidz Blitz Set Up Team / Friday: 7:00-9:30 PM

Assist Kidz Blitz with unloading their trailer and moving props and supplies to the stage. Requires heavy lifting.

Event Support Team / Saturday: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM

This team is part of the entire Saturday event. Help welcome families to Impact. Remain in the Worship Center for large group. Assist with kids when groups divide into their 30-minute breakout sessions. Assist as ushers during Kidz Blitz. Help distribute resource bags to families at the close of Impact. Assist with After Party in the parking lot.

Merchandise Table Team / Saturday: 8:00-9:00 AM and 11:45 AM-12:15PM

Present at Kidz Blitz merchandise table to assist with product sales before and after the event.

Kidz Blitz Tear Down Team / Saturday: 12:00-1:00 PM

Assist in clearing the Kidz Blitz stage set and loading into their trailer. Requires heavy lifting.

Clean Up Team / Saturday: 11:00 AM-2:00 PM

Clean up and set up spaces in preparation for Sunday services. Cleaning times are approximate.
