    Matt Boeckman

    Matt has been married to his wife, Cassie, for 23 years, and together they have three sons. Micah and Noah are in their first year of college, and Caleb is a sophomore in high school. Matt accepted Christ at the age of 16 and has faithfully served in multiple ministries both before and since joining Waypoint Church in 2017. He currently serves on the WayKids Hello Team, the Men’s Ministry Planning Team, and as a Life Group Leader. He and Cassie have also served as mentors in the Young Adult Collective. Professionally, Matt is the IT Department Manager at Enterprise Mobility and has worked in IT leadership for nearly 20 years.

    Curt Neff

    Curt has been married to his wife, Angela, for nearly 40 years. Together they have one daughter, Rachel, and a son-in-law, Sam. They are joyfully anticipating the arrival of their first grandchild in late September. Curt faithfully served as a pastor for 34 years. For the past three years, he has been part of the Global Equipping Team with Reach Global, a missions organization dedicated to training pastors and church leaders overseas. He has been a member of Waypoint Church for the past two years. In his free time, Curt enjoys playing pickleball, participating in fantasy football, and cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers.

    Jordan Weller

    Jordan is a St. Louis native who came to Christ at the age of six. Growing up in AWANA and in a strong Christian family, she developed a deep love for God’s Word that continues to shape her life and ministry today. At Waypoint, Jordan serves in the Young Adult Collective and helps with Student Ministry special events. In 2022, she founded Rooted STL, a citywide young professional ministry that has reached more than 700 people in the community. She also completed the Waypoint Leadership Institute in 2025 and is passionate about teaching women how to study the Bible. Jordan studied biochemistry from a biblical perspective at Missouri Baptist University and now works as a Marketing Manager at MilliporeSigma. By combining her background in science with her MBA, she bridges biochemistry, business, and service in her career.

    Steve Endsley

    Steve is a St. Louis native. He accepted Christ and was baptized in 1993. He has been married to his wife, Kathy, for 31 years. They have a daughter, Taylor, and a son-in-law, Cullen Hilburn, and are proud grandparents to Dakota Willow Hilburn. Professionally, Steve has worked as an architectural draftsman for nearly three decades, designing residential homes throughout the region. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, playing golf, spending time with family, and all things Jeep-related. Steve was ordained as a deacon in 2021 and currently serves as a greeter, PCT leader, and in a variety of other ministry opportunities at Waypoint.

    Kyle Luetters

    Kyle has been married to his wife, Monica, for nine years. They are the proud parents of Nora (8) and Owen (5). He accepted Christ and was baptized in the summer of 2014 at The Crossing. Kyle and Monica began attending Waypoint in 2021 and became members in 2022. Since then, he has served in Guest Relations and Security. Together, he and Monica are SYMBIS-certified pre-marital facilitators and love walking alongside young couples as they prepare for marriage. Outside of church, Kyle is an Advisor at MONETA, an RIA firm in Clayton, where he focuses on financial and tax planning. He also serves as a men’s leadership trainer with Freedom Ops, participates in F3, - nationwide free men’s workout program - and enjoys motorsports, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, and honing his BBQ pitmaster skills with family and friends.

    Brendan Bax

    Brendan gave his life to Christ in 2012 after living a life of selfish ambition and vain pursuits. That same year, he married his wife, Sharon. They have two children, Bennett (9) and Ethan (6), whom they homeschool. Brendan is a gifted teacher and small group leader who first got involved in Kids Ministry at Waypoint St. Charles several years ago. He currently serves as the large-group storyteller during the first service on Sunday mornings and is launching a Life Group this week. Professionally, Brendan works as a software engineer at a security group. In the summer of 2024, his family moved to Wentzville as part of the Wentzville core team. They have been members of Waypoint Church since 2019

    Todd Heap

    Todd and his wife, Amy, have been married for nearly 28 years. Together they have four sons, three daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren. Todd became a Christian at the age of nine and was ordained as a deacon in 2003. He has served in a variety of ministries and church leadership roles prior to joining Waypoint in 2020. He currently serves on the Waypoint Church Council, the Wentzville Core Team, and the Care Ministry, as well as leading a Life Group. Professionally, Todd is the Vice President of Global Corn Strategy at Bayer Crop Science. He and Amy live on a flower farm and vineyard in rural Warren County, Missouri.
