Discover Waypoint

We are hosting our next session of Discover Waypoint, a 5-week series where you can learn more about Waypoint Church, what we believe, and how to get involved. This 5-week series will be held at our St. Charles Campus in room G-101 on Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM from September 7th through October 5th.

Care & Discipleship Training with Pastor Dan

Do you have a heart for the Lord and a desire to learn and grow spiritually while being equipped to walk with others relationally? Do people seem to naturally confide in you and ask you for advice or guidance? If you answered yes, you should register for Care & Discipleship Training.

This training will help you grow in your faith, listen with wisdom, ask thoughtful clarifying questions, and share biblical truth in love during everyday conversations with family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and those walking through seasons of hurt or hopelessness.

Training begins Wednesday, September 10th, from 6:15-8:00 PM and is led by Pastor Dan in room G-101.

STEPS

Admitting our brokenness isn't easy, and so often, we believe we are better than we truly are. This 14-week discipleship program takes people to the root of sin and suffering to embrace the freedom found only in Christ's redemption. In STEPS, participants will experience life-changing opportunities brought about by daily in-depth Bible study, personal assessments, insightful large-group teaching videos, and honest weekly interactions with a mentor and small group. Don't buy the lie that you are alone or that you can "fix this" on your own. This class will be held on Sunday evenings from 5:30-7:30 PM beginning September 7th in Rooms A-201, A-203, and G-101.

Life Groups are the most natural place to make disciples. Gathering regularly with an authentic community will foster deeper relationships, encourage spiritual growth, and provide opportunities to serve one another. Registration is currently open. Discover Waypoint (One Day)

On Saturday, September 20th from 9:00AM-noon, we will be offering a Discover Waypoint One-Day membership class.  If for any reason you have been unable to attend our Sunday morning five-week class, this is a great alternative for you! We will be covering five sessions in three hours, requiring some pre-work before attending the class. 

* We are only able to offer childcare if 5 or more children are registered. Please let us know your childcare needs on your registration and you will be notified if we meet our required number.

Young At Heart - 9/3

Our senior adults will gather in room G-101 for devotion, entertainment, lunch, and fellowship on Wednesday, September 3rd at 10:30 AM. To make a reservation, please call the church office at (636) 928-9757. Reservations should be made by Sunday, August 31st.

Men's Hangout - Cornhole Tournament

Get ready! Our annual Cornhole Tournament is right around the corner on Saturday, September 27 at 11:00 AM. This is always a fun and relaxed way for the men of Waypoint to connect, compete, and enjoy some good fellowship.


Whether you come solo (we’ll pair you up) or bring a teammate—someone from your Life Group, serve team, neighborhood, or workplace—this is a perfect opportunity to build relationships and invite someone new into our community.

Ladies Discipleship Series

When times are hard and overwhelming, the command to "Rejoice!" can feel mocking or even cruel. How can we have joy when circumstances in our lives are so difficult? Studying the book of Philippians helps us know and understand the implications of all that Christ has done for us, in us, and among us and how rooting ourselves in our identity in Christ can bring unshakeable freedom and joy, regardless of circumstances. This class will be taught using the book, "Philippians: Finding Joy When Life is Hard" by Josiah D. Bancroft IV. Please purchase this book in preparation for this class. Please join us on Wednesday evenings from 6:15 - 8:00 PM beginning September 10th.

 *Childcare may be available upon request for children ages Birth - 5th grade.

Starting Point For Kids Wentzville - Sep 21st

Starting Point is a class for kids to learn about becoming a Christian and the next step of baptism. There is no cost to attend. This session of Starting Point will be held on Sunday, September 21, at 8:30 AM. The class is designed with the elementary-aged child in mind, but other ages are welcome. At least one parent or guardian is expected to participate with the child.

Ladies Learning Lab

Learning Labs are back! Join us as we go through a 6-week Study on the Book of Philippians. Sunday, September 14th through October 19th from 6:00 PM- 7:30 PM in the Multipurpose Room. Come grow with us.

Student Midweek

We have exciting news!! We're starting a MDWK in August! Our Student Midweek gatherings are a chance for students to embrace a church environment that speaks to them with messages, interaction, community, and worship. We want students to be able to engage with their peers in a community that cares about one another, and most importantly, learn what it means to follow Jesus. Our combined gathering is from 6:30–8:00 PM on Wednesday nights at the Wentzville Campus for both middle school and high school students. Doors open at 6:15 PM.

Student Life Groups

Our Life Groups are designed to give students a voice and a community to pursue life with Christ together. Led by caring adult mentors, these Life Groups discuss a variety of life topics related to becoming more mature disciples of Jesus Christ. In a Life Group, you can be known, encouraged, prayed for, discipled, and held accountable. It’s a place where friendships are strengthened and memories are created.
